Emma L. Craig

Emma Craig is a Finance associate whose practice centers on real estate finance matters. Emma is a former summer associate at Ballard Spahr, where she researched and drafted memoranda for real estate development and public finance matters. In this role, she also performed due diligence review for real estate finance transactions. In addition, Emma worked at the firm as a law clerk while she finished law school, reviewing and assisting attorneys with drafting loan documents.

Emma also served as a law clerk for the Hon. Joseph M. Getty and the Hon. Sally D. Atkins, both of the Supreme Court of Maryland, where she drafted opinions and prepared judges for oral arguments before the Supreme Court and Appellate Court of Maryland. She also served an internship with Judge Getty in the Maryland Court of Appeals.
