Forrest Albiston

Forrest M. Albiston is an associate in the Real Estate Department who focuses his practice on real estate development and transactions. Forrest is a former summer associate at Ballard Spahr, where he researched cases and prepared legal memos, with a focus on real estate matters.

In addition, Forrest served as a law clerk at Settlement Ink, a Maryland-based title company, where he reviewed and arranged legal documents including deeds, deeds of trust, promissory notes, and subordination agreements.
