Dominic De Simone, Co-Chair of Ballard Spahr's Finance Department, spoke to The Legal Intelligencer about the firm's new Distressed Office Buildings team. Dom noted that there are "factors affecting all of commercial real estate, but office [space] has the added issue of, essentially, remote work really sinking in and not reversing, adversely affecting occupancy levels."
