Mr. Haworth was recognized in the Commercial Litigation category. He is a partner in Ballard Spahr’s Litigation Department and Environment and Natural Resources Group. He focuses on environmental, products liability/toxic tort, commercial, construction, and real estate litigation and counseling. His significant environmental litigation experience includes prosecuting and defending remediation and natural resource damage claims in New Jersey and nationally under CERCLA/Superfund, the New Jersey Spill Act, the New Jersey Industrial Sites Recovery Act, and other statutes and common law.

Ms. Horsley was recognized in the Financial Services category. She is a partner in Ballard Spahr’s national Finance Department and Public Finance Group. She advises issuers, underwriters, banks, and borrowers in the structuring, issuance, offering, placement, remarketing, and restructuring of tax-exempt and taxable municipal securities and other debt instruments and derivatives. She is a co-leader of the firm's Ballard Women Business Resource Group and co-leader of the Public Finance Group's Independent, Parochial, and Charter School Financings Team.
