Attorneys Eye Early Signs Of Distress In Real Estate Market

Attorneys are starting to spot signs of trouble in the real estate industry and switch up their strategies to fit the historically tight labor market and housing crisis. Finance Department Co-Chair, Dominic De Simone, noted, "firms have started to look differently at how deals are structured in the first place." He added that industry attorneys are "seeing a pickup in private placement" and seeing a "shift toward floating rate transactions as opposed to fixed."
