The CFPB Has a Complaint About Complaints

A reporter from Protocol spoke to Michael Gordon about the CFPB's recently ended request for information about customer service at large financial institutions and how it is indicative of the CFPB's willingness to use "every tool in its toolbox" to advance its priorities.
"Even smaller Fintechs should be aware of the CFPB’s interests and priorities with regard to customer service," Mr. Gordon said.
