MBA Questions CFPB Authority to Seek Privileged Information

Michael Gordon was quoted in an Inside the CFPB piece on how the Mortgage Bankers Association has said it is aware of CFPB examiners demanding privileged attorney-client information from nonbanks. Mr. Gordon is a member of Ballard Spahr's Consumer Financial Services Group.
