Ballard Spahr's Chad Jimenez Elected Chair of Denver Film

Chad P. Jimenez has been elected Chair of Denver Film, the membership-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit cultural institution that produces film events throughout the year, including the award-winning Denver Film Festival.

Mr. Jimenez will lead Denver Film’s 19-member board for the coming year. He is a member of Ballard Spahr’s Business and Transactions Department and Consumer Financial Services Group. In his practice, he counsels companies such as Fintechs, banks, payment processors, and servicers that specialize in offering financial products and services to consumers and small businesses. He helps navigate complex regulatory frameworks when developing and marketing new products, launching and managing third-party relationships, and identifying and remediating risks in origination, servicing, and collections.

Founded in 1978, Denver Film’s vision is to cultivate community and transform lives through film. Through events like the Denver Film Festival and Film on the Rocks, it provides opportunities for diverse audiences to discover film through creative, thought-provoking experiences.
