Transactional Lawyer Ricardo Jackman Joins Ballard Spahr

Ricardo N. Jackman—who has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in transactional, business, and corporate matters—has joined Ballard Spahr in the firm’s Washington, D.C office, firm Chair Mark Stewart announced today.

Mr. Jackman is known for his skill in contract negotiation in the sports and entertainment industries and has helped clients secure deals and contracts with leading organizations in the movie, apparel, food and beverage, and recording industries. At Ballard Spahr, he will be a member of the firm’s Business and Transactions Department and its Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
