Jeffrey S. Page, an accomplished real estate finance attorney who represents large lender groups in major transactions, joined Ballard Spahr. His experience includes real estate lending, structuring capital stacks, and advising on inter-creditor and participation issues. Page and two attorneys from his former real estate finance team at Reed Smith are the latest additions to the firm's New York office.
