In recent years, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has been active in enforcement and policy initiatives in a number of developing consumer financial areas. Based on its active agenda in 2023, 2024 promises to be another year of significant activity for the FTC. In this webinar, Malini Mithal, Associate Director of the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Financial Practices, will join us to review highlights of FTC regulatory and enforcement activity in 2023 directed at protecting consumers and small businesses and to discuss what to expect from the FTC in 2024 and beyond.
