Mr. Hardy's panel "The Use of Mail and Wire Fraud Charges in Tax Cases and Its Consequences" will discuss how and why mail fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering charges work their way into many criminal tax indictments. The panelists will discuss why they are included, the Department of Justice guidelines including such charges, and the possible consequences for those charged.
