Haesun Burris-Lee is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on antitrust matters and commercial litigation. She has experience in areas including antitrust litigation and regulatory compliance, internal investigations, trade secrets disputes, and complex commercial litigation. Her robust pro bono practice primarily concerns access to education.

Haesun is a co-leader of the firm's Asian American Business Resource Group. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she served as a federal judicial intern on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, preparing draft opinions and bench memos. She has also worked as a management consultant in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
