Our experience includes these matters:

  • We represent Denver-based developers on more than 20 projects that include 3,000+ units including townhome, condominium, and mixed-use developments.

  • We are working on the REA, condominium, and master association mixed-use documents for one of the largest mixed-use developments in the DC region, which is planned to include 4.25 million square feet of apartments, offices, hotel, and shops on an 18-acre property near the Metro’s Silver Line. The 14 new, mostly high-rise buildings will contain more than 2000 apartment and condominium units, office towers totaling almost 2 million square feet, the region’s largest Whole Foods with over 400,000 square feet of retail, a luxury movie theater, and over four acres of new parks.

  • We conducted condominium documentation, zoning, and financing for Waterfront Square, the largest master condominium project currently under development in Philadelphia. The project will have five separate condominium towers, totaling over one million square feet with approximately 950 residential units, and commercial space.

  • We handled all the community documentation and complex entitlement, land use, and zoning issues for the developer of Cottonwood Mall, a Salt Lake City project involving the reconstruction and repositioning of an older shopping mall into a mixed-use town center. The project included a broad mix of retail uses and approximately 500 residential units consisting of condominiums, townhouses, and single family homes.

  • We negotiated and structured multiple master condominium regimes for a mixed-use development and registered and created the residential condominium projects located within the development for National Harbor, Maryland, a 300-plus-acre office, retail, residential, and resort project containing the largest non-gaming combined hotel and convention center on the East Coast. The project included multiple mixed-use condominiums with luxury residences, high-end restaurants, retail facilities, timeshares, and hotels.

  • We drafted condominium documents and other instruments that addressed a series of amenities and facilities to be shared by apartments and the condominium of The Residences at Liberty Center in Ballston, Virginia. The planned project is a one million-square-foot, mixed-use development to include a 180,000-square-foot, Class A office building with ground floor retail, 235 signature apartments, and a 21-story mixed-use condominium building with underground parking, residential units, retail shops, and restaurants.

  • We drafted the condominium documents addressing the integration of shared uses, sales and disclosure materials, and project registration under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act for Kapiolani Tower in Honolulu, Hawaii. The mixed-use project will include a residential high-rise condominium located over structured parking to be shared with a Nordstrom department store.

  • Our team provided master association documents and residential sub-association documents for Greenbelt Station in Maryland, an upscale, 240-acre mixed-use development that will offer entertainment, retail, office, and residential uses with combined Metro and MARC rail. Upon completion, the project is projected to consist of 2,200 residential units, 1.2 million square feet of office space, 1.1 million square feet of retail and entertainment uses, 300 hotel rooms, and a 115,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center with recreation facilities.
