Melissa Prince serves as the firm’s Chief Client Value and Innovation Officer and sits on the firm's Management Committee and Expanded Board.
Melissa oversees a team of business professionals that deliver business solutions for clients -- technical and otherwise – designed to enhance transparency and predictability, drive efficiency, and contain costs. The team helps lawyers deepen and expand client relationships and solidify institutional partnerships.
The American Lawyer, Financial Times, National Law Journal, Legal Intelligencer, BTI Consulting, and other industry organizations have recognized the team for its innovation efforts and tackling challenging business issues on behalf of firm clients.
Melissa has almost 20 years of experience in the legal services industry. She started as a practicing lawyer and then moved to the law firm business side. These distinct roles give her a unique understanding of the different perspectives lawyers and their clients have on client legal needs and how to address them.
