Mack Wilding practices complex commercial litigation, with experience in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, consumer finance, creditor-debtor relations and insurance matters. Mack is litigating cases in federal and state court, including the District of Colorado, the Denver District Court, and the Northern District of Texas. Most recently, Mack was part of a three-person trial team for a two-week jury trial related to an international Ponzi scheme.

Representative Matters

  • Part of a trial team that obtained a favorable jury verdict for defendants in a $79 million claw-back action brought under the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act; prepared witnesses for depositions and trial testimony; drafted dispositive, discovery and pretrial motions; conducted legal research for dispositive motions; participated in jury charge conference; corresponded with opposing counsel to resolve issues during trial; and managed contract attorneys doing document review.
  • Represents an insurance company in breach of contract and antitrust arbitration.
  • Represents a food wholesaler in an action against a former vendor. Mack obtained admissions from the former vendor’s owner at an evidentiary hearing that resulted in the court holding the owner in contempt.
