Christine E. Weller focuses her practice on intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on trademarks and copyrights. She advises clients on all aspects of trademark portfolio development and management, including trademark searches and clearance, drafting trademark availability opinions, filing trademark applications, and responding to office actions. Christine also performs copyright due diligence, which includes filing copyright applications, preparing copyright licenses, assignment agreements, and fair use opinions.

Christine also represents clients in intellectual property litigation in the federal courts, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in UDRP proceedings.

Christine is an active participant in the dialogue and scholarship surrounding emerging trends in intellectual property law. Christine utilizes her interest and experience in the visual and performing arts, social media, and the First Amendment to inform her clients of timely issues in this ever-changing field. Her work has been published by The Legal Intelligencer, The New Jersey Law Journal, the American Bar Association, and law school journals.
