Morgen Weeks is a transactional attorney who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions. He advises startups and emerging growth companies in matters relating to fundraising, regulatory compliance and franchise issues, employment, equity and profit interests plans, and commercial contracts.

Morgen's experience includes drafting and reviewing transactional documents, including franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements, entity formations and corporate governance, employment agreements and equity incentive plans, website terms of use, privacy and copyright policies, and commercial lease agreements. He also has experience representing companies in transactions and advising owners on tax-efficient exit strategies.

During law school, Morgen worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he participated in enforcement proceedings involving federal securities laws and regulations, including Rule 144, the FCPA, and insider trading. He also volunteered at the BYU Law Entrepreneurship Clinic assisting startup companies with entity formations and commercial contract drafting.
