Shana White is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department focusing her practice on real estate finance. Shana has experience in bank and transactional finance and financial restructuring. She has represented banks and financial institutions, as well as retail companies and other businesses. Shana handles deal teams and closings and has prepared an array of transactional finance documentation, including for matters involving bankruptcy, reorganization, and loan negotiations.
