Joshua is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. Joshua was a 2017 summer associate at Lindquist & Vennum before it merged with Ballard Spahr in 2018. He has experience: drafting briefs at both the district court and appellate level, orders, and memorandum; preparing jury instructions; and researching a variety of legal issues.
During law school, Joshua served as the first legal resident for the Minnesota Supreme Court, working full-time for Justices Lillehaug and McKeig.
