Juliana van Hoeven is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group. Juliana focuses her practice on complex corporate litigation. She has experience litigating derivative claims, securities law claims and shareholder class actions, and has counseled clients on a wide range of matters, including executive compensation issues and data privacy law compliance. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Juliana worked in the Delaware office of a major international law firm. Before law school, Juliana worked as a legal assistant at the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
