
Mariah is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department, focusing her practice on intellectual property litigation matters. She has extensive experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation on behalf of innovator pharmaceutical companies. Mariah is experienced in drafting contentions, writing motions, conducting discovery disputes, and preparing trial briefings in the District of New Jersey.
Prior to Ballard Spahr, Mariah interned at a prominent IP consulting firm and at the United States International Trade Commission.
