Nate Stanger is a transactional attorney in the firm's Finance Department. His practice focuses on project finance and commercial lending. Nate has served as underwriters' counsel, purchasers' counsel, and local counsel on numerous tax-exempt and taxable debt offerings. He also represents financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured revolving credit facilities, asset-based loans, and syndicated credit facilities. Nate also routinely advises entrepreneurs on entity formation and structuring, and has assisted public companies in the preparation of periodic and current reports required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Before entering law school, Nate worked as an urban forester for the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation.

Representative Matters

  • Served as underwriter's counsel to a leading investment bank in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt bonds used to finance the construction of a plastics-to-fuels conversion plant
  • Represented a private company borrower in the closing of a $450 million syndicated secured credit facility
