Danielle J. Siegel focuses on intellectual property, media, and privacy matters—including the negotiation of IP agreements, brand counseling, media reviews, accessibility and privacy advisory work, and litigation support. She drafts and negotiates trademark coexistence and settlement agreements, advertising and influencer agreements, and nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements. She also advises clients on trademark and branding matters—including domestic and foreign trademark searches, clearance, application filings, renewal filings, prosecution, contested proceedings, and portfolio management.

Danielle has experience working with the California Consumer Privacy Act, the New York SHIELD Act, and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation. She is accredited as a Certified Information Privacy Professional / United States (CIPP/US).

Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Danielle worked for New York University’s Office of the General Counsel and for a national television network.
