Catherine I. Seibel is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department who focuses her practice on matters involving copyright and trademark law, including litigation. Catie drafts briefs, memoranda, motions, agreements, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and deposition outlines.

During law school, Catie served as a research assistant to Professor Amy Adler, a leading expert of and frequent lecturer on the intersection of art and law. In that role, Catie assisted with researching and writing about art law and copyright. Catie also significantly contributed to an article regarding fair use that was subsequently published in the New York University Law Review.
