Steve Stark is a transactional attorney with a diverse corporate practice. Steve advises private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, commercial contract negotiations, licensing arrangements and general corporate governance matters. He represents clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including financial services, health care, manufacturing and technology. Prior to law school, Steve was a consultant for Fortune 500 companies on information technology and business processes.

Representative Matters
Represented an importer, exporter, processor and distributor of specialty agricultural products in a joint venture with a multinational food company. The transaction consisted of about 25 different agreements, including the Contribution Agreement, LLC Agreement for the joint venture, services agreements, and other agreements.
