Ross is an Associate in the Litigation Department. He works or has worked on environmental, consumer financial services, construction, higher education, gaming, privacy and data security, among other matters.
While in law school, Ross served as a research assistant to Professor Frederick M. Lawrence, one of the nation's leading experts on civil rights, free expression, and bias crimes as well as the former President of Brandeis University. He also was a law clerk in the Water Enforcement Division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where he assisted in regulatory and enforcement issues involving the Clean Water Act (CWA).
