Jennell (“Jenna”) Shannon is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, where she focuses on representing employers in connection with labor and employment matters. Jennell has experience representing a wide range of clients – from Fortune 500 companies to professional sports teams to entrepreneurs and start-ups - with regards to class and collective actions, wage and hour, whistleblower, retaliation, and discrimination matters. Jennell frequently liaises with city, state, and federal agencies to reach resolution on labor and employment charges, and performs internal audits and investigations for management-side clients. Jennell drafts tailored and employer-specific employment contracts, such as employment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and severance agreements, for a variety of industries.
