Dave Schoeggl focuses his practice on complex high-stakes trials and arbitrations for clients including national and international insurers, the aviation industry, product manufacturers, and local businesses facing difficult or unusual claims.

Dave also is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seattle University School of Law, and a frequent speaker at regional and national seminars. In addition, he mediates insurance and aviation disputes, and acts as an expert witness on insurance and insurance claim handling issues.

Dave has twice been named "Seattle Lawyer of the Year" in insurance litigation by Best Lawyers and is recognized for his work by Chambers USA and Thomson Reuters.
