Katherine Anderson

Katherine (Katey) Anderson is a litigator who focuses her practice on a variety of bankruptcy matters and related litigation. Katey has experience representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in cases under all chapters of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and has served as a chapter 11 trustee. She also counsels lenders in commercial transactions and works on commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
