Noah S. Robbins is an experienced litigator who focuses on intellectual property disputes and counseling. He is particularly noted for his skillful advocacy in copyright and trademark disputes and brand enforcement matters. He has litigated significant cases involving trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising cases arising under the Lanham Act, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of intellectual property licensing agreements.

In addition, Noah has led and coordinated a national trademark enforcement programs for clients in a wide variety of industries. His experience also includes complex commercial litigation involving civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) claims, franchise disputes, unfair and deceptive trade practices matters, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract.

  • Obtained a dismissal of all claims in action alleging copyright infringement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and related claims on behalf of leading apparel and home goods retailer
  • Obtained a successful settlement on behalf of an international pharmaceutical company in a multimillion dollar action alleging breach of intellectual property license agreement and fraud
  • Favorably resolved a trademark infringement action on behalf of a world-renowned music group

Pro Bono Experience

Noah regularly engages in pro bono with a particular emphasis on protecting the Constitutional rights of incarcerated individuals. Noah also has represented a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces in successfully appealing the Social Security Administration's denial of disability rights to the service member.
