Jennifer M. Roussil represents a variety of lenders, loan servicers, borrowers, issuers, and underwriters. She focuses on tax-exempt and taxable municipal securities and other complex debt instruments and derivatives.
During law school, she served as a law clerk to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and as the Comments Editor on the Journal of Constitutional Law. While in college, Jennifer was a member of Fordham University's women's rowing team.
