Jennifer Roussil is an associate in the firm's Finance Department with a focus on public finance matters and routinely represents lenders, underwriters, credit enhancers, issuers and trustees in the structuring, issuance, offering, placement, remarketing, and securitization of tax-exempt and taxable municipal securities and other complex debt instruments and derivatives. Her experience encompasses a broad range of financings and industries, including multifamily housing, single-family housing, education, manufacturing, and other commercial developments.
During law school, she served as a law clerk to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and as the Comments Editor on the Journal of Constitutional Law. While in college, Jennifer was a member of Fordham University's women's rowing team.
