  • Drafts estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney, for clients with large assets and special circumstances (e.g., closely held business interests, second marriages, family members with special needs, private foundations, powers of appointment over existing family trusts)
  • Drafts irrevocable trusts to assist clients in shifting assets during their lifetimes to younger generations in a tax-effective way (e.g., grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, insurance trusts, minors' trusts, annual exclusion trusts)
