Ashley Repka is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on commercial litigation matters. She has experience drafting dispositive motions at various stages of litigation, researching complex legal issues, and managing discovery and disclosure for a variety of matters. Ashley has also prepared pretrial motions and other filings and performed direct and cross examination of witnesses.
While in law school, Ashley served as an extern in the Protective Services Section of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where she represented the Department of Child Safety in dependency and severance hearings as a Rule 38 Certified Limited Practice Student and conducted a severance trial under the supervision of an assistant attorney general.
