Holly Ann Priest is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department, focusing on consumer financial services, real estate, time share and resort memberships and mortgage banking litigation. Holly’s experience includes litigating in state and federal courts and arbitration around the country.

Holly’s consumer financial services experience includes actions, across the country, brought under federal and state consumer protection laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Holly represents time share development companies in membership disputes including defending development companies in suits brought under state unfair deceptive trade practices statutes.

Holly regularly represents clients in mortgage banking litigation and real estate litigation, including contested foreclosures, quiet title actions, wrongful foreclosure claims, actions involving lien priority issues and cases involving complex title issues.

Holly has a particular focus defending and bringing complex litigation actions for clients in a variety of industries, with experience in leading teams of attorneys with an eye towards providing clients with creative and cost efficient solutions.
