David L. Pollack focuses on matters relating to shopping centers, with an emphasis in the areas of commercial leasing and the national representation of landlords in retail bankruptcy matters. He is also active in helping clients purchase assets, including leases and properties, from debtors' estates.

With more than 25 years of commercial leasing practice, David has extensive experience in negotiating virtually every type of retail lease, as well as significant experience in office leasing. He is recognized for his knowledge of matters involving leases in virtually every type of bankruptcy setting.
