Marissa Perlmutter is an associate at the firm. She worked as a law clerk in the real estate practice during the summer and fall of 2014, drafting real estate transaction documents.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Marissa worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior associate for the Financial Services Risk and Regulatory practice, where she advised financial institutions on compliance issues and drafted policies, procedures, and other related documentation. Before attending law school, Marissa worked at Freddie Mac in the Enterprise Risk Management Division.
