Hannah Purtell is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on real estate and construction matters. She has experience representing clients on a wide range of issues, including personal injury, wrongful death, estate disputes, and criminal defense. Hannah also has experience serving as tribal prosecutor on the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe and Yankton Sioux Tribe Reservations. She participates in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including commencing suit, discovery, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
