
Jeremy T. Poryes represents a diverse range of clients, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), secured lenders, financial institutions, private equity companies, special servicers, and other businesses in real estate financing, leasing, diligence, acquisition, and disposition transactions throughout the country.
In his finance practice, Jeremy advises clients on all aspects of real estate secured loans. He prepares and negotiates deal documentation, reviews all applicable due diligence materials, and quarterbacks the transaction to ensure a smooth closing. He has significant experience in bridge and construction financing for commercial and multifamily developments. Jeremy has helped document and close more than $150 million in bridge and construction financing.
