
Kyle Platt is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing his practice on labor and employment matters. He represents clients in employment litigation and provides counsel on various employment laws and regulations.
Kyle has extensive experience drafting answers, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, release agreements, and arbitration agreements, as well as employment handbooks and position statements on behalf of corporate clients for the EEOC and PHRC. Kyle has researched Philadelphia’s Fair Workweek Ordinance, and drafted memoranda explaining developments.
