
Josephine Park is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on securities enforcement and corporate governance matters and white collar defense. She has experience conducting internal investigations and responding to regulatory inquiries by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Josephine also has experience defending clients in large securities and commodities class actions and arbitrations, including managing discovery, researching and drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing for hearings and trials.
Before joining Ballard, Josephine worked for an international law firm in Chicago, where she represented clients in all stages of regulatory inquiries and investigations as well as in litigation matters. While in law school, Josephine interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, where she conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on a wide range of securities law issues.
