Matthew S. O'Connor represents real estate developers, lenders, property managers, and investors in commercial real estate matters involving apartments, industrial projects, office and retail projects, and mobile home parks. Matt prepares leases for clients, advises on entity formation, corporate organization documents, intra-company disputes, and regulatory compliance, and provides counsel in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity financing transactions.
While attending law school, he served an internship with Intel Corp., where he assisted the legal department with business planning and negotiations.
