Susan is an associate in the Litigation Department, focusing her practice on consumer financial services matters. She has defended some of the nation’s largest and most influential financial institutions in individual and class action litigation involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other consumer privacy statutes. Susan has experience assisting in trial preparation, conducting compliance audits, and drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions to compel in complex business disputes.
While in law school, Susan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Theodor C. Albert of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
