Moshe Nightingale is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing his practice on real estate finance matters. He has experience drafting, editing, and filing legal documents including discovery requests, discovery responses, answers, and motions. Moshe has advised clients on issues ranging from landlord/tenant disputes to real estate litigation matters. Prior to Ballard Spahr, Moshe interned in the Special Proceedings Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, where he researched issues relating to the Fifth Amendment.
