Samuel A. Mullman focuses his practice on intellectual property with an emphasis on litigation. Sam prosecutes and defends various litigation matters before district courts, including patent infringement, trademark infringement, domain name disputes, and copyright infringement. He is able to assist in comprehensive enforcement and defense strategies ranging from drafting and responding to cease and desist letters regarding initial types of infringement, discovery requests and responses, and the briefing of complex legal arguments.
