Jack Murray is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing his practice on housing finance and commercial real estate matters. He has represented large commercial banks in real estate financing transactions, predominately focusing on multifamily housing acquisitions, refinances, and commercial mortgage backed securities. Jack has assisted with closing over $500 million loan products nationwide. Jack previously worked for a Washington, D.C.-based real estate development company, where he was responsible for identifying, modeling, and acquiring residential and commercial buildings with profitable profiles, as well as underwriting incoming loan deals and expanding private lending operations. Jack has also researched and drafted documents pertaining to a variety of real estate financing transaction laws, including affordable housing, bond financings, tax-exempt loan products, and multi-layered financings.
