Addison J. Morgan is a first-year litigation associate and is a member of the firm’s nationally recognized Consumer Financial Services Group. Addison joined the firm in January 2021 after excelling as a summer associate in 2018 and 2019. Addison drafts memoranda and pleadings, including motions and other responses for cases involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA). He also regularly provides regulatory compliance assistance to a wide array of clients across the financial services industry on issues primarily arising under state and federal financial consumer laws. He has worked on an assortment of cases involving large financial institutions, banks and lenders, debt collection law firms, and a prominent used automobile retailer.
In his spare time, Addison enjoys exercising and studying blockchain tech and cryptocurrency.
