Randy Montgomery is a member of the Electrical, Software, and Business Methods practice team in Ballard Spahr's Patents Group. Randy has more than nine years' experience in the networking and telecommunications sectors, including three years of technology management with one of the world’s leading multinational telecommunications companies. Randy focuses his practice on patent applications and prosecution.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Randy served as a technical adviser for a large law firm in Midtown Atlanta where he primarily focused on electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, and telecommunications patent management. He also served as an intern working as an examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
