Dan Miller is a commercial litigator who counsels individuals and businesses in complex matters. He works with clients to ascertain their needs and develop plans of action to pursue their rights, achieve their goals, and efficiently resolve disputes.
Dan is experienced in the full range of litigation processes, including settlement negotiation, mediation, discovery, drafting pleadings, and preparing pre-trial, dispositive, and trial motions in real estate and other commercial cases.
Dan previously clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, where he prepared bench memoranda and orders for the judges of the Second Circuit.
