Andrew Miles


Andrew is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing his practice on public finance matters. He has experience reviewing and investigating federal securities laws and potential FINRA violations. Andrew has also drafted referrals and managed the case development processes of potential securities law violations.

Prior to Ballard Spahr, Andrew was a summer 2017 legal intern at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.

  • Served as underwriter’s counsel in connection with $500,000,000 Mayo Clinic Taxable Bonds, Series 2021
  • Served as bond counsel in connection with the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul, District Energy Revenue Bonds, Series 2021-1 and Series 2021-2
